Anthropic is paying to train 10,000 engineers to deploy Claude.
Anthropic opened Claude Frontier Academy on Friday, pledging $100 million through the end of 2027. It gives engineers in-person training, a 12-week residency on a real project, and two badges. Engineers cannot apply directly, because employers nominate them through their Anthropic account team. First cohorts run in San Francisco, New York and London, with certificates expected in early 2027.
Why it mattersVendor certificates are becoming a hiring signal in enterprise AI work. This one rewards your employer's relationship with Anthropic, not your application.
