Nvidia reportedly weighs a $250B backstop for OpenAI's Ohio mega-datacenter

The Wall Street Journal reported on July 26 that Nvidia is in talks to backstop roughly $250 billion of OpenAI's lease on a 10-gigawatt datacenter campus in Piketon, Ohio, with up to $350 billion in separate chip financing also under discussion.
