Apple says an ex-engineer ran its secret circuit inside OpenAI.
Apple filed forensic findings from a former engineer's laptop on 31 August. It says he took dozens of confidential files and ran an Apple chip schematic in simulation. He then asked a colleague to wipe devices, and OpenAI now wants the case dismissed.
