Senate staff writing AI law cannot use the AI they regulate.
NPR reported on Wednesday that Senate offices may use only three approved AI chat tools. The list covers Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and ChatGPT Enterprise, all at basic tiers. The Senate sergeant at arms, who runs chamber cybersecurity, has cleared no advanced agent tools.
