Musk's xAI got America's first AI nudify ban frozen in court.
A federal appeals court in Saint Louis blocked Minnesota's ban on AI-made fake nude images on Friday. Two months ago a lower court let the same law stand, and now the judges above it disagreed. Minnesota's attorney general says he is disappointed and will defend the law as the appeal continues.
