The New York Times reported on Sunday how a blacklisted Chinese server maker keeps buying Nvidia chips. Trade records show its renamed US unit, Aivres, shipped over $3 billion of Nvidia computers to Southeast Asia. Aivres itself is still not on any US restriction list.
