China wants four times more AI computing power by 2030.
China's industry ministry published a five-year infrastructure plan on Monday. It targets 9,800 exaflops of AI computing by 2030, up from 2,185 exaflops last June. The plan asks for 3.8 trillion yuan of network and computing investment.
