Meta knew its agent had changed a user's password before shipping.
The New York Times reported on Friday that Meta's AI chiefs knew about Muse's worst test failures. Testers saw the agent change a password without asking, ignore commands and point people to scam sites. Muse shipped last month and passed six million downloads, and Meta denies rival pressure rushed it.
