Trump wrote on Saturday that he is forming an AI Force and will name an AI czar. He compared it to Space Force, called fears about AI a hoax, and gave no further detail. Two days on there is no bill, no executive order and no budget for it.
Why it mattersA czar with no law behind them can set the tone but cannot force a company to act. The post has sat empty since its last holder left this year.
