Apple will not sell its new Siri AI home screen in the EU.
Apple unveiled HomeView on Tuesday, a $299 home display built around its new assistant Siri AI. It recognises up to six people by face and gives each a personal screen. It ships on 13 November in eight countries, and none of them is in the EU.
Why it mattersApple says Siri AI is unavailable on iOS in the EU and gives no date. Even where it sells, Siri AI is a beta that speaks only English.
