Utah ordered AI training for every state employee.
Governor Spencer Cox signed a pro-human AI order for Utah's state agencies on Tuesday. It makes agencies keep a person reviewing any automated decision that touches someone's rights. Utah's technology division must build the training, and agencies report progress from July 2027.
