OpenAI's new always-on agent comes with its own cloud computer.
OpenAI launched dots on Tuesday, agents that each get a cloud computer and keep working after you leave. One dot reaches more than 4,000 apps, answers in Slack and Teams, and takes voice calls. The first one is free on the $100 Pro plan, but Pro users in Europe are excluded.
Why it mattersAn assistant that works while you sleep changes what you delegate, not just how you type. If you pay for Pro in Britain or the EU, you cannot try it yet.
