Getty Images will go private through a planned bankruptcy.

Getty Images, the photo licensing agency, agreed a restructuring with its lenders on Monday. The Getty family and the investor Koch Equity Development will put in up to $533 million and own it outright. Getty plans a pre-arranged US bankruptcy filing within weeks and expects to finish by year end.
