YouTube Music now tells you when a song was made mostly by AI.
YouTube Music started showing a label on Wednesday for songs made mainly with generative AI. Labels come from music partners and YouTube's own detection tools, and will spread to the main YouTube app. Deezer says over half its daily uploads are AI-made, and it will let users hide them before 2027.
