UBS now asks graduate banking applicants to prove they can use AI.

The Swiss bank UBS added proof of AI skills to its hiring rules, the Financial Times reported. Graduates and interns starting in 2027 face AI questions in interviews alongside the usual academic tests. UBS says the requirement adds to its existing standards rather than replacing them.
