Alphabet's self-driving taxi company Waymo said Friday it plans a service in Toronto, its first Canadian city. Its cars will start driving Toronto streets with human drivers within days to build detailed maps. The first riders are expected in 2028, with Toronto firm Element Fleet Management running the fleet.
