Alibaba's new AI chip is built to run 500,000 in one cluster.
Alibaba's chip unit T-Head unveiled the Zhenwu V900 in Hangzhou on Tuesday. The company says it is three times faster than last year's chip, and one cluster fits 500,000. Mass production starts in early 2027, and Alibaba wants 20 gigawatts of data centres by 2032.
