A Chinese lab built Saudi Arabia's flagship Arabic AI model.
The Saudi state AI firm HUMAIN launched humain-m3 in Riyadh on 3 September. Chinese lab MiniMax built the 428-billion-parameter model, then trained it on a trillion Arabic tokens. It is in research preview now, and HUMAIN plans to release the weights next month.
