Google's new image tool lets you move objects, not just prompt.
Google made Pics generally available on 1 September for Workspace business plans and AI Pro subscribers. It builds an image from a written prompt, then lets you drag, resize or relabel a single object inside it. Pics runs on its own and inside Slides, Docs and Drive.
Why it mattersMost people never open a design app, and this puts one where their work already lives. It also removes a paid Adobe or Canva step from a lot of ordinary documents.
