DoorDash chief Tony Xu told analysts on Thursday that outside AI agents have placed only several hundred orders in total. The company handles about 3 million deliveries a day, mostly through its own app. The same day, Amazon boss Andy Jassy said outside shopping agents are still not great or more convenient.
