The fixer in a billion-dollar Nvidia smuggling case pleaded guilty.

Ting-Wei Sun, a contractor for server maker Super Micro, pleaded guilty in New York on Thursday. Prosecutors say the ring sent 2.5 billion dollars of Nvidia-powered servers to China and staged dummies for an inspector. Super Micro's co-founder denies the same charges and goes on trial on 2 November.
