Anthropic will lend its internal AI models to biology labs for free.
University, nonprofit and government research groups in biology and drug discovery can apply. Selected teams work with Anthropic researchers for 8 to 12 weeks, using its internal models at no cost. Applicants send a short proposal on Anthropic's website, which the company says takes under 30 minutes. Applications opened on October 22 and stay open for about 14 days, so roughly until early November.
