A filing showed Broadcom agreed to lend Anthropic up to $42 billion to lease its AI chips. That loan covers about a third of the $125.2 billion Anthropic committed over five years. Banks have started raising $60 billion of debt for it, with Blackstone leading the riskier tranche.
