Anthropic asked Claude to score how well today's robots handle 19,000 job tasks. Robots could do 74% of physical tasks but cost less than humans on only 0.3%. At past rates of price decline, reaching one task in ten takes 40 years.

Why it mattersThe people most exposed are drivers and warehouse workers, not nurses or repairers. Cost, not capability, is what keeps those jobs human for now.
