Musk's new Grok voice model topped an independent test of talking AI.
SpaceXSI, Musk's AI company, released Grok Voice 3.0 on Wednesday for developers who build voice agents. It scored 86.9 on Artificial Analysis's speech-to-speech index, ahead of OpenAI's best at 83.2 and Google's at 82.6. It costs $4.80 per hour of talk, the same as before, and already runs in Tesla cars.
