Schwab is blocking AI agents that try to move its clients' money.
Schwab's chief executive said this week that the broker blocks outside AI agents that log in for clients. He named Muse, Meta's shopping and booking agent, and asked who would be liable if something went wrong. JPMorgan's boss took the same line too, and Schwab points clients to its own assistant instead.
