OpenAI product lead Thibault Sottiaux pledged on Sunday to ship one clear improvement daily for 28 days. On any day it fails, OpenAI will reset usage limits for every paying Codex and Work user. The pledge names no features and no dates, and follows weeks of complaints about shrinking limits.
