A Chinese server maker packed 128 home-made AI chips in one cabinet.
Chinese server maker Inspur unveiled the SD200 Ultra on Monday, a machine built for trillion-parameter models. The company says one cabinet runs Moonshot's Kimi K3 and answers every 5.85 milliseconds. All 128 chips are made in China, where US export rules block the fastest American ones.
