A funded AI policy fellowship closes applications on Sunday.
The Institute for AI Policy and Strategy is taking applications for its spring 2027 policy fellowship. Fellows receive $18,000 and senior fellows $24,000 for three months, plus travel and healthcare. No policy or technical background is required, and you may work remotely or from Washington or London. Applications close on 27 September and up to 45 people will be chosen.
Why it mattersThe people who write AI rules mostly come out of one small professional circle. This programme pays a stipend and asks for no prior policy experience.
