OpenAI paid over $300m for a startup that sharpens phone photos.
OpenAI bought Glass Imaging, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday. The startup, founded in 2019, trains a neural network for each camera it supports. Its founders are former Apple engineers who led the team behind Portrait Mode.
