Amazon locked Meta's shopping agent out of its store.
Amazon cut off Meta's personal agent Muse from shopping on its site on Sunday night. Shoppers now hit a popup saying an unauthorised AI agent breaks Amazon's conditions of use. Amazon says the agent hides its identity, while Meta says it never sees passwords.
