Google let rival AI agents run your Nest thermostat and lights.
Google opened early access on Wednesday to Home MCP, a bridge that lets outside AI agents control its devices. Claude, ChatGPT and Google's own Antigravity can now read device history and switch things on. It is United States only for now and needs the $20 monthly Home Premium Advanced plan.
