Meta is quietly rebuilding the manager jobs it cut for AI.
Meta is asking engineers in its Applied AI division whether they want to lead teams again. The company had moved about 7,000 people into that unit, some of them former managers. Fortune reported the offer on Friday, and Meta is keeping it voluntary.
