Salesforce trained its own reasoning model so your data stays put.
Salesforce and Nvidia unveiled Koa on Tuesday, a 120-billion-parameter model built for sales and support work. It learned from public and machine-made data, never from real customer records. Salesforce keeps the weights on its own machines and is piloting Koa with Formula 1.
Why it mattersThe firm holding your sales records no longer has to send them to another lab. Expect more companies to train a narrow model instead of renting a frontier one.
