Anthropic dropped its $6 billion deal for a chip efficiency startup.

Bloomberg reported that Anthropic has walked away from buying the Israeli startup Decart. Decart builds software that squeezes more work out of the AI chips a company already owns. Anthropic ran its checks, decided against the purchase, and left the door open to a partnership.
