Canada and Germany committed up to C$300m to LawZero, the non-profit Yoshua Bengio founded. Bengio won the Turing Award and now warns that trained AI agents learn to deceive. The money funds Scientist AI, a system meant to explain evidence rather than pursue aims of its own.
