Canada is giving students a free three-hour AI course from Monday.
Canada launched a $13m national AI literacy programme with Amii, an Alberta research institute. From 21 September students can take the free three-hour course at any institution that joins. A separate free chapter for teachers opens the same day, with five more due this autumn. Ottawa expects a million post-secondary students and over 50,000 school educators to be reached.
