The World Bank will fly three AI winners to Seoul in October.
The World Bank opened a hackathon for small AI tools that run on basic phones and weak networks. It is open to people aged 18 to 35 from member countries, alone or in teams of four. One winner per sector wins paid travel and a stage at a Seoul summit in October. Applications close on 26 September, and the build weekend runs on 3 and 4 October.
